Love all the energy when you walk in definitely changes your entire mood soon as you step in, I think it perfectly fits with that beach vibe. Soak up in the sun and go get a smoothie or a bowl to cool off right after. This is the 2nd location I’ve been to and both have been pleasant each time, even met the the owner at the newest one and she is absolutely the best I hope to see you guys often definitely will be a regular!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so proud of this opening in Virginia Beach!!! This is exactly what we needed. The store is beautiful, so fun and colorful, and the location is absolutely prime. I love the variety of bowls and smoothies, and all the vibrant, delicious options to choose from. I ordered the Nutella bowl, and it definitely did not disappoint! My one-year-old couldn’t resist either, we both left with evidence of our treat all over our shirts! The owner is absolutely amazing, and you can truly tell this location was opened with pride, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the city. I can’t wait to go back for my next bowl!

Highly recommend! The bowls here are absolutely delicious and always fresh. They’re a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it for the quality. The atmosphere is cute, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. If you’re looking for a healthy meal, a great coffee, or both, this is the place to go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ UPDATE: this visit it took about 20 minutes for my bowl to be made, and by the time I received it, it was partially melted and missing the peanut butter drizzle. The staff appeared to be short-handed, and the employee making my order was juggling several bowls at once, which likely contributed to the delay. Despite that, the bowl was still delicious. As a new establishment, I’m confident they’ll improve their speed and workflow over time. Overall, the food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, and I’ll definitely be back!
